ANISYA NAIR

Anisya Nair is a junior at Liberty High School and UNICEF's advocacy chair for 2020-2021! As an immigrant, Anisya acknowledges the turmoil taking place across the world and the importance of helping those in need. Her passion to make a difference and advocate for change is why she joined UNICEF in the first place. She hopes to garner support for the organization's cause and create a difference in the world using this platform. Outside of UNICEF, Anisya is also involved in dancing, journalism, debate, writing and other clubs such as Deca, Girl Up, Key Club , Pulse, JSA, and NHS. She is extremely grateful to be part of the team and cannot wait to champion change along with her fellow officers and UNICEF members!

Use your voice for youth around the globe by staying civically engaged on a federal, state and local level. Take legislative action online and during key moments throughout the year to champion funding and policies that sustain UNICEF’s work for children.
